At first there was a guy who was our waiter and he was great, but then they switched us to a girl (eho was being followed all night by another… maybe she was training ?) who was inattentive. She took quite some time for everything and kept forgetting things. We can understand there might have been more people than usual and that’s not the problem because the other guy was great even though he was busy. But she didn’t apologise ever, I think she didn’t even realised she kept forgetting things or even that we were there. When it came time to order my first beer the bartender gave me 3 samples. We took a seat and he brought me my beer and immediately offered us a fig and prosciutto flatbread pizza. The flatbread was free We later order ordered a set of their garlic parm wings. Both food items we well above par for a brewery and to only have their kitchen open for a month.
