The locks they installed were better quality than other locksmiths have sold us in the past, and all the work was completed in one session. We had them out again to install the lock in a gate lockbox (couldn't be done the first time because we had to hire a welder) - they installed it without problems and even freshened up the paint on the gate. This is a super late review and I have since moved out of the area, but last month I was supposed to have a lock cut off of my storage unit. I was told by the facility that I was going to have to bring in an outside locksmith. Weird but ok…That’s when I called Monaco Locksmith and made an appointment. Come to find out (day of) needing an outside locksmith totally wasn’t true. After confirming with the storage facility that they could in fact remove the lock themselves , I profusely apologize to Eddie for wasting his time however, he was completely understanding and very sweet about the whole thing-he didn’t charge me and even refused a tip. Trust me these guys are amazing. I also had them make a key for me a few months back and the process is very smooth and the pricing was great. THANK YOUUU guys so much!!! 10/10 always recommend!
