I went here for my birthday and it surpassed my expectations! We'd spent forever looking for a classy, clean environment to sing our hearts out in. The areas felt safe and had free parking. This was everything I wanted! It's a bit on the pricier end but they have deals on certain days to make it a bit more affordable. Cheapest times are 5-7PM on weekdays. I think it's perfect for large groups and they charge by the room (instead of by the person) which made it easier for us to pay and not feel upset if someone didn't want to sing. Oh and their song selection is amazing! We found every single obscure song we wanted to sing. This was one of my non-negotiables when choosing a karaoke place. My guests enjoyed themselves and I liked it so much that I'm planning on returning just to sing alone. With a big group I wish we had paid for a 3rd hour. My only issue with this place was how slow the service was. For a party this large we ordered 2 bottles and a bunch of their appetizers. Everyone arrived around 930 and we didnt get to order until almost 1045. I had to go find my server on various occasions. Thankfully she did allow us to stay an hour past my reservation. She was so accommodating as I had to move my reservation back twice due to friends getting off work late. I even called less than an hour before to see if I could push back the time and she said no problem at all! Check in was very simple. We did have some issues with the mics for the first 20 minutes of our time there but that was resolved and they even let us stay 30 minutes past our time to make up for it which was truly appreciated. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! My friends enjoyed the food and the drinks were STRONG and very reasonably priced. The karaoke system was extremely user friendly with a wonderful selection of songs and the private bathroom in the room was very clean. Thank you to the team for everything!!! This will absolutely be my go to karaoke spot for now on and I am excited to recommend it to others. 100/10 experience! Read More
