The staff were extremely helpful and kind. My party went with the private room option for comfort. There is a tiny bar separated from the private room. The room is very clean and spacious. We all had a great time and experience thanks to the staff for making the process easy! RJ, RJ, RJ IS THE BEST. We had a work event here and at first the gift card wouldn't work but RJ went above and beyond to make things happen for us. He is amazing, patient, and clever. Ask for RJ when booking. He is great. The staff is so nice and friendly.The mics, system, and room were excellent. The songs were relevant and new. They even had show tunes. The couches were comfortable and the bathroom is clean! I highly recommend this place. There is parking in front and street parking. It was safe and well lit. We had such a fun night!
