Clear, transparent communication to set things up! During the appointment, Raul and his family were so careful and efficient. We had a challenging combination of large boxes of junk, bulky furniture (some needed to be taken apart), and other items. All was hauled in a couple hours with no issues whatsoever. We cannot recommend Raul and his family enough!
