After a brief interaction w/the first rep, which was also very helpful, professional and friendly(I failed to get her name), she had Kyler to take a look at my watch and he knew immediately what the remedy was to fix it. He got the necessary tools and within five minutes, I was out the door. He was very professional and kept us engaged during the entire visit. If you need repair services, I highly recommend this location. I now have a permanent jewelery shop for my future repairs, if needed, plus any future purchases that I may need to make.
