There is a class for everyone here. There are days I take three classes when I’m off work. All of the instructors are amazing. There are hot classes, slower classes focused on stretching and even dance/ yoga mix classes. Suitable for all ages, sizes and levels. I have noticed a huge difference in my body and mood since joining yoga om.
