They gave me recommendations to other shops that would be able to service me faster and said if you don’t get in contact with them give us a call back. I spoke with the other shops and decided to just give European a call back based on the phone customer service. From there I was given multiple numbers to tow company’s that could get me off the highway and bring me to the shop. The front staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. The communication from the time I dropped of my car, until I received it has been amazing. They were able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed, and begin ordering the parts and starting the repairs faster than when I was told. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
