He (and Kathy) drilled into the problem and wouldn’t quit until it was resolved. He’s sorted out what Apple Inc. could not, nor two other (slooow) Apple repair shops. One apple repair shop charged me more money than David did for NOT fixing the problem, so I don’t know where the expensive indicator on a previous review on TR is coming from. David even speed-learned QuickBooks to straighten me out.I wouldn’t think of going any place else again. I have so many Apple devices. In response to a dilemma that I had created, they were able to recreate and reload software that could not be installed on my current Mac onto an older Mac I had and now I have access to years of data that otherwise would have been lost.
