I first went to a repair shop in Kennesaw and paid $100 just for them to tell me they’d have to ship it off for a motherboard replacement (not repair), with a 3–4 week turnaround… and no guarantee it would even work! Then I found Ali at KYATECH. From the moment I explained the issue, I knew he was different. He was upfront, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. No fluff. No guessing. Even though he had to order a chip for my repair, he got everything done in just 3 DAYS. 🙏🏽 That kind of turnaround with this level of motherboard repair? Nearly impossible to find in Atlanta. I didn't hear back for a day, but after calling again, Ali had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes. Turns out the motherboard was completely shot and I'll need to get it replaced. I forgot I was under warranty, but it was the first thing Ali asked and he recommended it as the cheapest option. Refused to take payment for the diagnostic and was overall very polite and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back for any future tech issues! Read More
