I constantly receive sales calls asking to pitch for IT work, and we always turn them away because Be Structured continues to provide excellent and knowledgeable service.With the COVID-19 situation, we had to take precautions and move our staff to remote status quickly. Be Structured came through for us. Chad worked on a plan with us, and got it motion. Even with unforeseen hurdles, they got us to the end goal in record time. In response to a dilemma that I had created, they were able to recreate and reload software that could not be installed on my current Mac onto an older Mac I had and now I have access to years of data that otherwise would have been lost. From my initial contact with Corey, continuing contact with Jason, and most recently with David, everyone has been responsive, courteous and knowledgeable.
