We have been in business since 2003 and we have had multiple locations over the past few years. We do laptop screen repairs for both PC's and Macs. Computer check ups and upgrades. Virus removal, Forgotten windows passwords, We also service the needs of businesses. Raul did an absolutely amazing job! Today I picked up my laptop which was having issues with the battery, touchpad and reflowed board. To be honest--I wasn't certain if he would be able to fix it before arriving, but he was able to fix all three at a very reasonable cost. He took his time to explain what exactly the issue was and pointed out multiple different things that I haven't even observed about my laptop...like there were 3 screws missing at the bottom! He's a very hard worker and really cares about fixing any technical problems. Communicated great with me and kept me updated about any changes with my laptop. Paid $225 which could have costed me a few extra hundred dollars if I went elsewhere. Very satisfied! Read More

Based on the glowing feedback from other customers, I decided to give him a shot, and I’m so glad I did. Before finding Raul, I actually went to an Apple-authorized service provider who couldn’t even tell me what was wrong. Then, when I went directly to Apple, they essentially discouraged me from fixing it at all. It felt hopeless until I found Raul. From the moment I reached out, he was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. His communication was top-tier; he kept me updated every step of the way. I had to order a new screen, and once it arrived, he had my computer fully repaired just two hours later. I couldn’t pick it up until the following day, but I was honestly shocked (in the best way) at how fast and smooth the turnaround was. My experience was nothing short of amazing.
