Turns out it was fighting with a Playstation controller. - My computer also wouldn't run BF6 because it didn't have some secure boot setting enabled in the BIOS, Rocco found out that my computer was so old it didn't even have the option to turn it on, but was able to update the BIOS and get it working in about 30 minutes! Couldn't be happier with how fast Rocco knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it no problem. Read More

I called around 11 AM, and they told me that if I brought my PC in (which I had definitely messed up), there was a good chance it would be fixed by closing time. Sure enough, they delivered. All i had to do was plug it up. Rocco was patient, answered all my questions no matter how basic they were and made the whole process easy. Fast, professional, and extremely helpful service. It was a struggle to get things up and running. Shortly after my return the Internet company randomly changed her modem and router and none of her wifi devices would connect. After 4 technician, 2 neighbor and 2 family visits and online educational videos she was in tears. I found Rocco's company CONTROL YOUR TECH online. He came over within 1.5 hours and had every single piece of equipment up and running. Rocco is an absolute gem. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Rocco at Control Your Tech is the man!! The man fixed three of my computers in less than a day, and that meant a lot. He upgraded my HP to Windows 11, factory-reset my Mac desktop, and turned my gaming PC into a machine so fast it could probably beat me in Mario Kart now. On top of that, he caught stuff I didn’t even realize was wrong: a tilted graphics card, a busted fan, and then upgraded my gaming PC to WiFi 7. I tested all three machines at home, and they’re running flawless. He even cleaned them up so well I felt like I should reintroduce myself to them 😅 If you want real tech work done by someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, Rocco is your guy.
