I dropped off two vacuums, didn’t have a clue as to what was wrong with them. One was my first Kirby that I had for many years and the second one was just under two years old, but... I dropped off two vacuums, didn’t have a clue as to what was wrong with them. One was my first Kirby that I had for many years and the second one was just under two years old, but of course, out of warranty, Jeff had them both fixed and ready to pick up the next day. Unfortunately for me ,I live a little more than two hours away and it was a month before I was back over that way. I was fully expecting them to be sold by now but when I called to see if they were still there , they said yes. I was able to pick them up the next day. This was my first experience and I will definitely be back. Customer service was top notch! The gentleman met me at the door and carried my machine in without being asked. And when I picked up the lady was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took her time showing me around and answering my questions. These days that’s hard to come across, but these people really made me feel like an appreciated customer. Can’t wait to get back to sewing!! Read More

The employees are friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. The sewing machine we bought came with a free lesson and free needles, bobbins, and feet. Another perk is 10% off all future purchases.
