Through several months I've gotten to know many of the wildlife technicians - too many to name, and each one has done what they can to figure out the issue and I'm always appreciative of the positive attitudes and how they crawl around in small dark spaces. A few weeks ago it was time to bring in the experts and I had the dynamic duo of managers Mike Shoults and Kenny Barnes - the big guns. They spent almost 4 hours at my house, going through as many possibilities as they could imagine, leaving no inch of the basement untouched. We haven't cracked the code yet, but Mike decided he would take on my "project" himself from now on, committing to helping me figure out the entry point and eradicate them. I want to specifically give kudos to Blake and the excellent job he did cleaning up my attic pest problems and encapsulating my attic and basement to keep critters out. He exceeded my expectations.
