The entire experience was seamless, starting with the office staff. I spoke with a wonderful woman who made the booking process effortless and was so patient with my questions. They even managed to fit us in for a last-minute trip on our final night with zero issues. Their communication is top-notch, they send text updates with the name and number of your driver, so you can coordinate directly if your plans shift. Our first encounter was with Erick, who met our family of six at baggage claim with a sign. He was so friendly and took over the heavy lifting with our mountain of luggage. The vehicle was perfectly clean and very spacious, and Erick made the drive to the hotel fun with great music and some excellent local tips. He really set a positive tone for our entire vacation.
