I came in because I had a portable external hard drive with a broken USB port. It has a lot of family photos and was my main backup drive, so I needed a solution. It has a lot of family photos and was my main backup drive, so I needed a solution. I brought it in to get fixed and was helped by Travis, who determined that it would be a cheaper fix to remove the hard drive and put it in a brand-new casing rather than fix the broken USB port. Best part - he'd basically figured this out before he even opened up the casing to confirm it.
