He walked me through the best options for my needs — not just for gaming, but also for work and school. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated with texts, photos, and even a video of the build in progress, which made everything feel personal and exciting.I also brought my 6-year-old son with me, and Neil took the time to kindly explain what each PC part did as my son asked questions out of curiosity.
