I called Techs in a Sec because I had a blue screen when I came into work. They were able to send someone out that day to fix my problem. The Tech was here within 2 hours of my call. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He listened to my problem and what I had already tried to fix it. He then started work right away to resolve my problem. Once he had my computer up and running he then went the extra mile then made sure I was connected to my network. He was very kind and professional. I cannot say enough nice things about this company.
