I truly cannot say enough good things about our IT department. He is hands-down one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful people I’ve ever worked with. No matter how big or small the issue is, he handles it quickly, thoroughly, and with an incredible amount of patience and professionalism.
He doesn’t just “fix the problem”—he takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, anticipates issues before they become problems, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working smoothly. From everyday tech questions to more complex system issues, he helps me with everything and never makes me feel like I’m asking too much.
What really sets him apart is how approachable and supportive he is. You can tell he truly cares about doing his job well and helping others succeed.
