OrLANtech was able to identify and remove the threat and then reinstall our timely backups extremely quickly. OrLANtech staff worked around the clock to restore most of our services within the first 24 hours while archived data was restored over 2-3 days. OrLANtech's high-quality response was extremely important for a small company of our size. For periodic requests or individual assistance, we are able to create and follow-up on work orders remotely or by phone.
