I was treated so wonderful from the minute I came in to fill out paperwork (someone walked me through everything, which I loved) to the moment they introduced me to the trainer prior to the workout happening. She walked me through how to properly work all machines and what the floor work would entail. I never felt uncomfortable and I was pushed to my absolute limit for an hour! I was in the orange/red zone for 17 minutes and felt so great! I will absolutely be going back and will NEVER stop going to these classes! This is the best heart rate monitored program out there! I absolutely love coming and working out every day! I have tried other fitness classes and I would highly recommend OTF over anything else! The workouts are different every day but you get a full-body workout every time and leave exhausted (which means it's a good challenge!). The staff at the Cedar Rapids location is knowledgeable, encouraging and they challenge you to push yourself all while keeping you safe. I can feel a major difference in my aerobic abilities since I joined in August and have more energy every day! Read More
