I couldn’t be more impressed with the service of Molly Beckman at Auto-Owners Insurance -Cedar Rapids claims. My elderly parents were in a serious car accident, not their fault, while wintering in South Texas. They were injured, scared, and confused with what to do. With no accident report available for 20 days (typical), we had to unravel the mess of responsibility for medical bills, towing, vehicles replacement, etc. My brother and I also had to be in the loop to help explain and complete the process with our parents. Molly stepped right in and helped us in all issues, every step of the way. She demonstrated great communication skills with all of us and had diligent pursuit of the responsible party. Auto- Owners insurance went over and above what we expected and Molly was a true lifesaver. We will be forever grateful! Read More
