Review Update: I am updating my review because a representative, Damien, from the company contacted me and resolved the issue with my wall paint. My walls were painted with the correct paint within two weeks of Damien contacting me. His efforts shows that quality and customer service is important to the company. Initially, the two representatives who came out were very nice and professional. They did the initial water remediation. The reconstruction part was done by another project manager, and it became very frustrating. The personnel were always nice, but there were several delays that exceeded the projected time frame. It took over 3 months to complete the project (it took over a month to install approximately 8 ft x 4 ft of dry wall, paint the walls in the great room and garage, and replace the laminate floor in my great room). We have noticed a mildew smell a lot when we enter our house through the kitchen door. They found no damage or mildew which was good news for our pocketbook. They stayed such a long time and were very thorough. When they were done, I asked them what we owed them. They said nothing $0.00!
