All went well, so we called him a year later to do a larger project that has gone remarkably well. He constructed an outdoor decorative wood beamed enclosure which we use now to shelter my tropical plants and my pets. We also put a new roof on the house ( which has already cut down my electric bill). Along with some upgrades in the electrical system and some garage shelving and plumbing projects. The supportive staff are efficient and responsive.
