The quote he gave us detailed every step he would take with his crew to remodel the bathroom, as well as every finishing material (and amount) we would need to provide - vanity, tiles, tub, fixtures - that they would install for us. Part of his work included installing pull out shelves in our storage alcove, as well as recessed lighting!
They were able to replace our plumbing supply lines and move them to more convenient places in the room, as well as add ground fault outlets inside the vanity and behind the toilet to accommodate our grooming products and tankless smart toilet.
