I phoned Phil and he offered to come right away and do an inspection. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He walked the whole house and attic finding the busted trusses and pointing out drainage issues around my property. Then he got me connected with a great contractor and grading/drainage specialist. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure also. I have so much peace of mind now and have been introduced to some wonderful people and I really owe it all to Phil.
