We had AC contractors do some repair work on our AC unit and they happened to completely ruin the finish of our hardwood floors in many spots. There was some type of cleaner or oil dripped on the floor that completely ate through the finish and was deep into the hardwood floor. We first called multiple professional cleaners and hardwood contractors to see if they could remove the spills from the hardwood floor and perform a reasonable repair. After several visits, we were eventually told we need to have the floors replaced. This is in a home that was just built 7 years ago. We were quite anxious but reached out to Blue Juniper Construction and were quickly given appointment options to have the floors looked at. Within the first visit we were advised that they could repair the floors by performing sanding, staining, and applying polyurethane finish. To name a few, they are trustworthy, clear, caring, communicative, and available. We feel very well taken care of by Loren in designing the room and Richard in changing the physical space. Loren takes time to understand your vision as the client and offers her expertise in a graceful manner. Richard is personally there much of the time to oversee the project. Their subcontractors are polite and work cleanly. Blue Juniper has been accommodating to us regarding work schedules, noise, cleanliness, change orders, etc. At the end of the day, they want their clients to love the work that has been completed.
