Case offers flexibility in budget from super high end to more cost efficient options. We did a mix of both depending on how important it was to us. I was referred by a coworker that used Case for a kitchen remodel and would refer these folks to anyone. Sure, things pop up and nothing ever goes 100% smoothly. You have to know that going into a project but all in all there was nothing to complain about. The project manager was very attentive to detail.
