Karina and her team were recommended by my realtor, and I couldn't have been luckier! First of all, I needed a newly-purchased home "deep-cleaned" so that I could focus on moving my stuff in: they did an AMAZING job! There were a bunch of (out of our locus-of-control) delays, and Karina was professional, kind, and patient with all the scheduling changes. They brought in all their own cleaning equipment and WOW are they thorough! The house was smiling when they were done: windows sparkling, all surfaces and drawers thoroughly wiped, fan blades wiped, bathroom and kitchen squeaky clean, so much more... I couldn't be more pleased. Then, I also wanted the place I was selling to really shine, and they did an equally wonderful job (contributing, I'm SURE, to getting a great offer on the very first day of showing)!
