These guys are great. I have my jeans hemmed there and they keep the original hem. You can’t tell they have been hemmed. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great. I have my jeans hemmed there and they keep the original hem. You can’t tell they have been hemmed. I highly recommend this company.

I went to what I thought was Shaffer because of a recurring incident at the Sunrise/Kolbe Sparkle where I asked for all shirts to be laundered. One shirt was dry cleaned and I was... I went to what I thought was Shaffer because of a recurring incident at the Sunrise/Kolbe Sparkle where I asked for all shirts to be laundered. One shirt was dry cleaned and I was charged $9. The shirt has laundering instruction on the label. This had happened several times. I realized after I left and did not go back. Thought I’d try Shaffer at swan sunrise location and found out they are now part of Sparkle. Had 9 shirts laundered. Decent job done but at $50.95 or $5.66 a shirt one has to wonder if it’s time to wear tees every day! Read More

Mara is the most kind, professional, respectful and customer oriented person working for you! She will go above and beyond to help her customers and always returns a call or find’s resolutions to address concerns. I also witnessed this again first hand on 1/15/26 when a customer was complaining about a shirt costing $12 to clean. She s displayed empty and remained courteous, while providing other options for future cleanings to save on cost. I appreciate the quick turnaround on my dry cleaning needs. Read More
