Kaleah did a great job. Oct 15, 2025 Old review below. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is quick and responsive. But they do not have qualified people. I scheduled simple/basic cleaning (no blinds/no baseboards). The first maid only did basic sweeping. No vacuum and no swifter (I provided). I sent customer service pictures of what wasn’t done. They rescheduled a follow up. I asked for someone with experience. Chandra showed up I was polite and specific…. Sweep/clean floors and vacuum carpets in bedroom. Clean countertops. Take off smudges of frig. She stayed @ 1 hour and turned my AC down to 60…..and left….none of those things were done. See before and after photos below. I want to support a small business and I know it’s undesirable work. But $140 and I have to go back and clean it myself is a waste of money. see more

We had some home repairs and painting done and booked Sparkly Maids to do a "post construction" clean before we moved back in. And WOW! I've never seen cleaning done this well! I'm a bit of a clean and neat freak so I expected I'd still need to touch up a few places but these folks did such an amazing job that I almost cried with relief. They actually exceeded even my ridiculously high standard of clean. While they required a few more hours to clean paint off the floors, which increased the cost by over half of the quote amount, its still some of the best money we've spent on this project. We will absolutely use them again! see more
