I had thought about having this done for years but was always apprehensive. After failing at every diet in the book I took the plunge! From the moment I filled out my consult application online I felt welcomed and supported by all of the staff. They have been there every step of the way and I am forever grateful for this opportunity to a healthier me! Dr. Dovec made me feel comfortable and she has a plethora of knowledge in this field. One of my favorite things is that they even offer a texting line for questions, which is so convenient when you’re at work and can’t make a phone call. They’re always quick to respond and never hesitate to refill necessary medications when needed. I reached out to 4 different groups in network to schedule a consult and NONE of them were as responsive, or patient focused as the BBB team. They were easy to work with, quick to respond, and incredibly kind and customer service driven. I read reviews and did my research and it was a little too good to be true so I went in very skeptical. As someone who has a high demand job I love that the practice itself is virtual. They give you all the tools and information to succeed in digestible bits so you’re not overwhelmed. But let me be clear YOU need to read the material, do the classes, do the work. They don’t baby you through it. Which I LOVED but I understand that may not be for everyone.
