I was booked in with Charlie for a perm and cut - as I arrived I was late due to trying to find parking the staff were completely understanding and even helped direct me to the shop. Charlie was very good at his job before he did the hair he made sure he got a understanding of what I wanted and even advised what he thought would be good in order for me to get the best out of my perm.
