I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the process to me and recommending how I should work with my hair and products I should use. She was very thorough and forthcoming about any upcharges (due to my hair type) and I respect her so much for saying that from the jump rather than waiting till the end like every other salon has done. I felt very comfortable in her chair and she frequently double-checked with the length she was chopping and making sure I was okay with it.
