I visited this salon to get a keratin treatment, and from the moment the stylist started working, I noticed she was applying a very small amount of product on the brush. She also worked with large sections of hair and didn’t treat the baby hairs at all. I assumed this might be her technique, so I didn’t comment. Unfortunately, after washing my hair on the third day, it went back to its original state, with no noticeable improvement. In fact, my hair became even drier, which is the opposite of what keratin is supposed to do—it’s meant to add shine and moisture, not take it away. I ended up paying $205 with zero results, and it was clear that the work was rushed and lacked proper care. I was planning to return for a color appointment, but after this experience, I definitely won’t be coming back. I truly hope they improve their technique and pay more attention to quality. Upon being seated in the styling chair, I was asked what are my goals & when I mentioned the trim, the stylist said I wasn’t booked for a trim just a blow out.
