My nails were out/over grown by 3+ mos & yet, she listened carefully & patiently to exactly how I liked to have my nails look ( ex: When my request became a little more difficult she did not PRETEND to stop understanding the language we had been communicating in easily up to that point )... instead she was fast, accurate, super safe & clean, she made no comments regarding what a mess my nails were, she helped me pick the exact color/shade I'd described 😊!
