I absolutely adore Tiffany!! I have trusted Tiffany with my hair the last 2 maybe 3 years now? She has always done amazing with getting my dark black hair to be the perfect blonde without the extra damage. And I recently decided to go to a “bronde” look and was a bit hesitant so she made sure it wasn’t a huge change for me to transition into and did it more perfectly that I imagined! I had my hair cut and styled by Prema on 7/29/24. After years of only having cut my own, my wavy/curly hair had become too long to properly address any layers and my curls had become weighed down by the lack of shape. When I scheduled the appointment with Prema, we discussed my needs very briefly. On the day of the cut, it was very clear to me that she had spend a great deal of time contemplating what she would do and the products that would best serve my hair. She meticulously explained what she would be doing, all the while asking for input and feedback. She took her time and checked in with me throughout the process, as we were taking off more hair than I usually do. When it came time to style my curls, Prema explained each part of the process to me and the result was fabulous! Not only did she manage to style my hair in a way that almost completely eliminated the frizz—which is very hard in this climate—but I have actually been able to produce the same results at home. Everyone at Craig McQueen is so friendly, professional, competent, and kind. Usually I see Cheysi, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s fantastic! Today I saw Anna. She’s amazing, too! I am SO happy with my new haircut, and Anna was working with a previous haircut (attempted at home) that hadn’t gone so well, so she had extra work to do! She did a fantastic job, and I couldn’t be happier. She did more than fix a bad haircut. She gave me a haircut I really, really like. She’s great! Love Joelle! A friend recommended her to me a few years ago when I moved here & it was a God-send. I definitely do not come in enough, but she’s always able to make up for my lost time and has me leaving feeling great. I’m picky and struggled to described my exact color vision when I arrived, she nailed it and has perfectly made subtle seasonal changes here & there when I’ve wanted teeny tweaks. Zac is also wonderful - met him first when he did the BEST blowout I’ve ever had. He’s leveled up as a stylist since then & has since done my color as well - I’ve been so happy booking him, too, in tight scheduling windows whenever Joelle wasn’t available.
