We operates on a 24-hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients who reschedule or cancel inside a 24 hour window will be charged the FULL service fee. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late of their appointment time will be late canceled and charged the FULL service fee. Gratuities are cash only. I have very coarse, wavy hair — and a LOT of it — so it’s not always easy to manage. Yuki did an excellent job creating a beautiful layered front that frames my face perfectly, while still keeping my length exactly as I wanted. That balance is not easy to achieve, and she absolutely nailed it. She really listened to what I was hoping for and executed it with so much care and precision.
