Pricing is competitive and was a good fit for a residential job.They were timely and, within two days of signing the contract, had the job completed to beat the forecasted rain. They were very upfront about their lead times and scheduling availability.The work looks professional, and as far as I can tell there have been no more leaks with the most recent rains. The roofer also stopped work to discuss options with me as the scope of work changed due to hidden issues underneath shingles and waterproofing materials.They followed up to make sure I was happy with the work completed.
