Our salesman's Sean Bruff made our roof replacement experience a pleasure. He arrived at our home for the appt promptly and made the sales process feel like we were dealing with a friend. His knowledge and experience in the industry made us comfortable knowing our roof was going to be done properly. He didn't try to sell us. We had intended on getting 3 estimates but after meeting with Sean we knew we didn't have to look any further. Installation day went smoothly and the cleanup was incredible. It was as-if they had never been there. The roof looks awesome and we are so happy with how our house looks. We will definitely call Exterior Improvements when we are ready for our Siding project.
