I am a 60+ woman , I have been taking fitness class's at Vitality for over a year now.. My daughter and daughter in law take the fitness classes also .My 10 year old Granddaughter... My daughter and daughter in law take the fitness classes also .My 10 year old Granddaughter is a dance student.What a great group of women that teach the fitness classes .. They are young and beautiful…beyond this , they are professional, informative, friendly and caring. Willing to adjust moves to fit everyone's needs.Being an older woman there is no feeling of intimidation (which I was nervous about).Nicole the owner takes pride in her studio and the classes they offer. She is always available to answer questions in person, or with prompt responses to messages by text or telephone.This is the place to come for dance lessons and fitness training..no matter what your age!!
