I called Prima Family Dentistry, they were able to give me a next day appointment. Dr. Terry Hagen diagnosed my problem, came up with a solution and was able to provide excellent treatment that day. During the procedure (root canal) he was assisted by dental assistant Mary. I truly felt that I was in good hands with that team. I’m so grateful to have received such quality care on short notice. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and patient, but I especially want to highlight the dental assistant, Jenny. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining things clearly and checking in on me throughout the visit. Her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference and turned what is usually a very stressful experience for me into a positive one.
