Bought a tb240 mini excavator from Cory and had a few mechanical issues and UR stood behind their product and made repairs. Then had another issue that was my fault and couldn't make the repairs myself, I bought the parts and called David in service to see if they could help me asap. Told me to bring machine in and they would get right on it. They made repair in about 20 minutes and would not charge me. Very impressed with the customer service from David and United Rentals. This was my first time using United Rentals and I’m very impressed! I had always used a leading competitor of theirs that I’ve had issues with on delivery and customer service. I gave United a try, the customer service girl was awesome, got what I needed, when I needed and at a better price! The problem was I needed the lift delivered on a Friday afternoon and I called at like 4PM, their Delivery Driver Robert Kennedy came through in a major way by delivering the lift late that Friday afternoon when we really needed the lift over the weekend! Most companies would have called it a week and because Robert came through for us and worked late on a Friday, I sincerely appreciate it! He also gave great customer service and was very friendly. Because of the great Experience with Robert and the Atlanta Branch I will now use United for all my lift rentals needs, and I mean it! Thank you Robert and the Atlanta Team! 5 🌟’s All Day!!😁 Read More
