Our bathtub surround had cracked grout and water was getting behind the tile. Customix removed the old surround, rebuilt the substrate, and installed new tile with proper waterproofing. The shower looks sharper and we’re no longer worried about hidden damage. They also replaced the exhaust fan, and explained how to keep the grout sealed. They kept the schedule tight and didn’t drag it out.
