It was a very positive experience from initial contact and discussions with co-owner Jeff Gates, working plans and budget with Head of Residential Construction Josh Gubser, day to day details of construction and budget decisions with Project Manager Justin Luna, and addressing minor warranty issues with Spasko Popducev.
