Needed to rent a small trencher to install a sprinkler system. This was my first time renting any sort of machine like this. Sunbelt’s website was very user friendly and I was able to find and reserve the right machine the night before. The folks were super friendly, put it on my trailer for me, and even gave me a significant discount for returning it early. Excellent staff. Quick delivery. If you have an issue there service response time is fantastic. If you need equipment or a tool they will have it, and if not will point you in the right direction. The staff was super friendly, helpful & knowledgable. They had my equipment loaded before I even finished paying & spent the time explaining to me how to use it properly. Upon returning the equipment, they were consistently friendly no matter who you worked with. I'll never rent from the Sunbelt at Lowe's after my great experience here. These guys were very helpful. We picked up metal siding and the place we picked up the load did not get the load far enough forward on our trailer. We were driving home and had a 3.5 hour drive. Could not go over 55mph or the trailer started to sway. Called these guys, they said they could help & they did!!!!! Now we can travel home safely! Thanks for all the help!! You are awesome!
