We had a new AC unit installed by another company that forgot to attach the drain properly, resulting in our wood floor buckling and causing water damage to the unit below us. Luckily, we found Brad at Chicago Renovation. Brad thoroughly inspected the damage and help navigate how to deal with such extensive damage. His team replaced a large section of our floor, they even had to remove some underlying structure that had been infected with mold. They then went into my downstairs neighbors place and replaced the drywall that had been damaged as well. When the job was done, our floors looked even better than they did before this entire ordeal and our neighbors were very happy with the quality in their unit.
