We have passed down many of the pieces to our kids and grandkids and they are still holding up. This showroom is one of my favorite places to spend time. They have it all and the design ideas are fantastic. The sales staff were super nice and the prices for the value I think are reasonable. I purchased a couch from room and board in a non in-stock fabric that took a few months to be delivered (this was expected). The delivery was seamless, on time, and inexpensive (I believe it was like $150 for an almost $5000 purchase). Immediately upon receiving the couch I realized the color was just not right for my space, despite having seen samples in person - but I decided to sit with it for a while to see if it grew on me. It did not. A month or so later I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything I could do to exchange the couch for another color, and to my surprise they said yes! I went in a few times to look at fabric samples and finally made a decision maybe a month later. I was able to keep my original couch during the 8 week delivery window, they just asked I put a sheet over it to minimize the potential of any damage.
