The reason I attribute it totally to the meals is that I am very limited in my workouts due to my health, and have been recovering from back surgery for the last two weeks. So, to me, I credit the loss in weight totally to Open Hand Atlanta and their “Good Measure Meals”. I highly recommend “Good Measure Meals” as a form of weight loss, while continuing to eat healthy, delicious meals. Read More

What a well run, positive, and impactful organization! My wife and I had some spare time around the holidays and decided to volunteer as a delivery driver for the morning. This was our first time volunteering with them or even hearing about them. When we arrived at the loading location everything was organized, clean and well communicated. From there we used an app that had us make 11 stops which took about 2.5 hours total. They have their operation dialed in from my perspective which means they can help more people get the support they need around the city. Awesome job Open Hands, cheering you all on and thank you for allowing us to partner with you. Keep it up! Read More
